Chris Liddell, Microsoft's chief financial officer, claims that the company expects Halo 3, the highly anticipated X360 exclusive, to boost the sales of Xbox 360 units once the game hits retailers later this year.

"Halo 3 is clearly going to have a positive impact in two senses. One, it gives us more confidence in the number of consoles we think we're going to be able to sell next year."

"In terms of the direct impact, obviously it's a first-party product so it's reasonably profitable from our point of view, and it will be several hundreds of millions of dollars of revenue next year."

It is expected i guess.Halo is one of the top game a gamer will ever want to have.I'm hoping for more exciting chapters to come on Halo.

It is profitable as halo 1 and 2.It is proven by many gamers.If you can ask them their favorite xbox game,mostly say halo series.I,myself is one of them,that's why i can say Halo is one of the best.

With so many gamers impressed by what Halo can do it leaves little doubt that its the best games around.
