Why the whole turn to mythological and ancient stories as the basis for action/adventure video games has been such a trend recently is a bit hard to figure out. Maybe video game developers somehow got interested in the classics. But it’s not hard to figure out why the character of War, one of the four horseman of the apocalypse as outlined in the bible, would make such an awesome main character.
