There's a certain appeal to pinball that wins over just about anyone, regardless of whether you're a pinball aficionado or not. Hitting those flippers with timed precision--or wildly and as often as possible--can be very rewarding, and it probably has to do with the fact that something is always happening onscreen. Lights begin to flash; your ball makes it up a ramp that triggers an animation; and, your score continues to go up.
