Topic: Grand Theft Auto IV Multiplayer Hands-On Preview
Funny, but true story: On this last trip, I step out my 11th-floor room in one of New York City’s legendary hotels and walk a few steps to the bank of elevators that’ll take me to the lobby, where I’m going to meet up with some other editors and game-publisher representatives for dinner. I press the “down” elevator button, wait a minute or so, and when the doors open, I see there’s someone already in there. He says, “Are you going down?” and I replied with a “Yes,” to which he responds, “Oh, this one is going up.” I check the illuminated arrow next to the elevator, which is indeed pointing up, thank the guy, step back from the elevator and watch the doors close.
