It’s already been established that if you’re looking for a taste of video-game nostalgia, you really don’t need to look any further than the Xbox Live Arcade. Since the service first launched, XBLA has become home to such classics as Frogger, Pac-Man and Dig Dug, just to name a few. Now, Atari is reaching way back into its old-school library and is bringing the arcade and Atari 2600 hit Warlords from its early ’80s home into the high-def era of the Xbox 360.
In case you’ve never played Warlords in its original form, the premise behind the game is simple: Imagine for a second if Breakout and Pong had quadruplets, and you’ll start to get the idea behind Warlords.
